Legal Right of a worker-

Wages: Strictly follows the Governments rules-and worker’s draw at least the minimum wages fixed by the government at time of his/her joining.

Payment: Payments of the wages of a worker are made at the first Week of a month and this schedule is very strictly maintained without any rare exceptions.

Working hour: Normal working hour: 8 hours day No force labor here Workers are not allowed to work: –

Maximum 1o hours a day

6o hours in a week and

Not more than 260 hours a month.

Age of a worker as the International rule says -a worker is only recruited when his/ her age is 18 or above. No recruitment below this age (No child labor)

Benefits Employees are given z (two) Festival bonuses during the two biggest religious festivals in the country. And also sometime extra leave and benefits are provided based on situations.

Safety and Security:

Arrangement of Fire detection & protection system.

Trained Emergency response team

Factory Evacuation Plans are in each area.

Special safety rehearsal on regular basis.

 

Helth:

A full time qualified Nurse is appointed for initial Medical Care in case of any injuries or sickness (First aid and other related drugs) for health care arrangement etc.

Hygiene frees Atmosphere:

A continuous effort goes on everyday to keep the factory clean & hygiene free. There has a good arrangement of cleanness & pure drinking water for workers. We provide accessible toile/washroom for the persons of disabilities. 

Others Facilities:

We arrange annual cultural program for our workers. All workers and their family member get participate on that event. We also provide healthy lunch everyday foe our workers. And also proved transport cost in daily basis.
