S&S Handicraft BD. is a manufacturer, supplier, and exporter company for handmade products using natural fibers, garment waste, natural grass, and leaf. Our workers and manufacturing team are basically consisting of persons with disabilities in the poorest communities who want to be financially stable. The world is making progress in tackling poverty. However, persons with disabilities are left behind. One in seven of us has a disability. That is more than one billion people around the world! 80 percent of those living in low-middle-income countries. Most of them are neglected in the job sector. People are thought the person with physical disabilities cannot do anything and they are useless. That will make badly discrimination thus; a large number of workforces are remaining idol in r্রour society. For breaking this narrow thought S&S handicraft BD comes forward to work with those special persons. They collect the persons with disabilities from different areas of Bangladesh and give free training about making handicraft and started the journey.
However, over 200 families are being benefited from working under us. S&S Handicraft BD establishes factories close to the poor people in different areas of Bangladesh and every factory is friendly with all facilities for physical disabilities persons. It is a difference between S&S Handicraft BD and most of the entrepreneurs in Bangladesh. We provide transport facilities among the works. This enables them to come to work without any expenses on transport or accommodation in a big city. Besides this, we also provide healthy lunch for the workers every day. Our motive is to introduce golden fiber as known as jute, sea-grass, cane, date leaf, garments wastage products to the world in a modern way and promoting environmentally friendly products in order to save the planet for future.
